Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our website. All properties require a payment of 60% at the time of reservation of the total rental amount needed for the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 20 days before arrival.  Payments can be made through our website using a credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy
Felixable - If a booking is canceled more than 14 days before the arrival date, a full refund will be issued and if a deposit was taken it will be refunded in full. 50% refunded if you cancel 7 days before check-in day. 

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance or go to your guest portal for information on early check-in and late check-out

Property Description and Amenities
We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of our properties on our website are accurate. However, please note that the actual property may differ slightly from the description and photographs. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, and appliances are provided as described on the website, but we cannot guarantee that they will be in working order at all times.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each property is stated on the website. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any extra guests not included in the booking.

Damage and Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to their credit card on file if the insurance you paid for does not honor the claim.  All guests with an email in their reservation will receive an email from Safely Concierge after the reservation has been made for basic informaiton.  Your deposit will be refund to you 3 days after check-out if property was left the way it was presented to you. 

Liability
We are not liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should take appropriate precautions.
