Guests enjoy exclusive private beach passes for Lake Como. The beach is best reached by a short drive — approximately 5 minutes by car. The walk from the property involves hills and uneven terrain, so we recommend driving, especially for families or guests carrying gear. Exact beach entrance details and parking instructions are provided before arrival.

BATHROOMS
The home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower:
• Main-level bathroom: shower/tub combo
• Lower-level bathroom: full shower near the game room and additional sleeping area
For larger groups, we recommend staggering shower times between both bathrooms.

ARRIVAL ESSENTIALS
We provide a starter kit for your arrival, including coffee/K-cups, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen trash bags. For longer stays or large groups, plan to stock additional supplies locally — Lake Geneva has great grocery options just minutes away.
